About me…

I am Ed. I live in south St. Louis city. I work in a restaurant.

This blog is the result of an idea I had been kicking around for a while, semi-formulated with a close friend a couple of years ago, in which I would visit 100 different bars/taverns/etc in 365 days. I have finally decided that I will finally begin this odyssey on September 1st, in the year of our Lord 2008, and that I will use this free webpage software to document and archive this achievement for the amusement of myself and my friends. But mostly for myself.

I am also using this blog as an exercise to improve my writing skills. So I apologize in advance for any clumsy sentences or forced prose as well as my pathological overuse of commas. If this goes as planned, the writing should get better through sheer practice.
